Volgograd State Medical University (VSMU)

Volgograd State Medical University is located in the city of Volgograd which is situated in the southern part of Russia on the west bank of the Volga River. The University is accredited by the Russian Ministry for Education for the teaching of both Russian and overseas students. It boasts of a highly qualified teaching staff, advanced researchers and experienced physicians. VSMU has been training international students since 1962, with over 3000 overseas students graduating since then. VSMU is recognised by the World Health Organisation (WHO). This means that graduates will be able to practise medicine anywhere in the world, including Malaysia where it is recognised.

Privolzhsky Research Medical University (PRMU)

PRMU, formerly Nizhny Novgorod State Medical Academy (NNSMA), is one of the medical schools in the Russian Federation which is located in the city of Nizhny Novgorod. There are more than 600 international students from around the world being trained in Medicine, Dentistry and Pharmacy in PRMU. The medical degree from PRMU is fully recognised in Malaysia. PRMU is also associated with many teaching hospitals distributed throughout the city, where the students learn many basic clinical skills as well as opportunities to learn and practise more advanced medical techniques.

National Research Tomsk State University (TSU)

This university was founded as Imperial University, the first institution of higher education in the huge territory from the Ural mountains to the Pacific ocean. It is considered one of the top ten universities in Russia, with two Nobel Prize laureates, N.N. Semenov and I.P. Pavlov, having worked at the university. TSU has the largest scholarly library with 4 million items and collections of rare books. It is also home to the first Botanical Gardens in Siberia. National Research Tomsk Polytechnic University (TPU)

As the oldest engineering higher school in the Asian part of Russia, TPU has produced generations of alumni who have gone on to become leaders in all areas of society and industry. Founded in 1896, TPU has always been a polytechnic institution with a wide range of research and higher education. Today they are a National Research university which places special emphasis on advanced engineering education, creation of resource-efficient technologies, internationalization and integration of research and academic activities. Kazan Federal University (KFU)

Kazan Federal University is located in Kazan, Tatarstan, Russia. Kazan Federal University is one of the oldest universities in Russia, and is known as the birthplace of organic chemistry due to works by Aleksandr Butlerov, Vladimir Markovnikov, Aleksandr Arbuzov, and the birthplace of Electron Spin Resonance discovered by Evgeny Zavoisky. Kazan National Research Technical University (KNRTU)

Kazan National Research Technical University is the largest technical university of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Volga region. The history of the university is closely related to the progress of Russian aeronautics. This is why until recently, it was well known as Kazan Aviation Institute (KAI). Today KNRTU is one of the leading Russian institutions in aircraft engineering, engine and instrument production, computer science, and radio and telecommunications engineering.

North Eastern Federal University (NEFU)

North-Eastern Federal University (NEFU), previously known as Yakutsk State University, is a school for higher learning in Yakutsk, Siberia. The North-Eastern Federal University is a strategic centre for the formation of a common cultural, scientific and educational space. NEFU has established longstanding relationships with many foreign universities, where they commonly carry out exchange programs, conferences and symposia.
